MODALITES D'ACCOMPAGNEMENT
Accompagnement social global et individuel sur tous les aspects du quotidien (administratif, soin, autonomie…).
HABITAT
- 22 logements de 3 à 8 places pour le SLU (Dolbeau)
- 12 logements de 2 à 5 places pour le SLEX
Chaque logement est équipé (y compris d’une machine à laver) et meublé.
Pas d’hébergement PMR.

Hébergement continu
Signature du règlement de fonctionnement et document individuel de prise en charge

PARTICIPATION FINANCIÈRE DES PERSONNES
Hébergement de mise à l’abri gratuit pour les personnes sans ressources. Si les personnes ont des ressources, une participation de 15 % sera demandée.
RESTAURATION
Les personnes sont autonomes sur leur alimentation.
