Hébergement d’un mois renouvelable jusqu’à 3 mois.
Signature du règlement de fonctionnement et document individuel de prise en charge.
HABITAT
1 appartement T2 pour 4 personnes maximum. 4 couchages (un canapé lit et deux lits 1 personne + un lit bébé si nécessaire)
Le logement est équipé et meublé.
Pas d’hébergement PMR
RESTAURATION
Les personnes sont autonomes sur leur alimentation
MOYENS HUMAINS
- 2 Travailleurs sociaux
- 1 responsable
- 1 secrétaire
PARTICIPATION FINANCIÈRE DES PERSONNES
Hébergement de mise à l’abri gratuit pour les personnes sans ressources. Si les personnes ont des ressources, une participation de 15 % sera demandée.
HORAIRES DE PRESENTATION
Les matins entre 9h et 12h du lundi au vendredi
MODALITES D'ACCOMPAGNEMENT
Accompagnement social global et individuel sur tous les aspects du quotidien (administratif, soin, autonomie…).
